The Challenge

Keystone Light wanted to be the first brand in the Molson Coors portfolio to have a real-time social presence, despite strict legal regulations in the alcohol category.

The Approach

We had to completely rebuild the internal and external approval process to accommodate a faster, messier and awesome-er way of working on social. This also included trend identification, morning cultural scrums and subsequent creation and escalation for brand and legal.
